【摘要】:TheseriesofInternationalStandardscoveredbyParts3-10,3-21,3-22,3-23,3-24and3-25ofIEC60332specifiesmethodsoftestfortheassessmentofverticalflamespreadofverticallymountedbunchedwiresorcables,electricaloroptical,underdefinedconditions.NOTEForthepurposeofthisstandardtheterm"electricwireorcable"coversallinsulatedmetallicconductorcablesusedfortheconveyanceofenergyorsignals.Thetestisintendedfortypeapprovaltesting.TherequirementsfortheselectionofcablesfortestingaregiveninannexA.Theflamespreadismeasuredastheextentofdamageofthecablesample.Thisproceduremaybeusedtodemonstratethecable’sabilitytolimitflamespread.ThispartofIEC60332coverscategoryAandrelatestocablesinstalledonthetestladdertoachieveanominaltotalvolumeofnon-metallicmaterialof7l/moftestsample.Theflameapplicationtimeis40min.Themethodofmountingusesthefrontoftheladder,astandardorwideladderbeingusedforcableshavingaconductorcross-sectiongreaterthan35mm2accordingtothenumberoftestpiecesrequired,andastandardladderforconductorcrosssections35mm2andsmaller.Thecategoryisintendedforgeneralusewherehighvolumesofnon-metallicmaterialarerequiredtobeevaluated.ArecommendedperformancerequirementisgiveninannexB.
