【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardcoversthoseaspectstobeconsideredwhenelectrical/electronic/programmableelectronic(E/E/PE)systemsareusedtocarryoutsafetyfunctions.Amajorobjectiveofthisstandardistofacilitatethedevelopmentofproductandapplicationsectorinternationalstandardsbythetechnicalcommitteesresponsiblefortheproductorapplicationsector.Thiswillallowalltherelevantfactors,associatedwiththeproductorapplication,tobefullytakenintoaccountandtherebymeetthespecificneedsofusersoftheproductandtheapplicationsector.AsecondobjectiveofthisstandardistoenablethedevelopmentofE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystemswhereproductorapplicationsectorinternationalstandardsdonotexist.
